What if I don't like the preview?
Say so, or say nothing. We take it down and you owe nothing. If it's close but not right, tell us what to change and we'll do one more pass before you decide.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The domain, code and content are yours. If you leave the care plan, we hand over a full copy.
We don't have online booking. Is that a problem?
No. Every rebuild includes an appointment request form that goes straight to your inbox. If you'd like real online booking later, we can connect HotDoc, HealthEngine or your practice software for a one-off A$350.
We already use Cliniko (or HotDoc, Nookal, Halaxy…).
Good. We keep your existing booking link or widget and make it far easier to find. No extra charge.
Where are you based?
Hong Kong, with Australian clients and an overlapping working day. You always deal with the person who built your site.
